A soothing, full-body session to calm the nervous system, ease tension, and support rest. Ideal for anyone in need of deep relaxation and reconnection.

60-minute Therapeutic Massage – $150
Personalized massage with a focus on pain relief and muscular tension. Blends deep tissue, myofascial, and orthopedic techniques based on your treatment goals.

90-minute Therapeutic Massage – $220
A longer session for deeper relief and continuity of care. This session supports ongoing healing and may include lymphatic drainage as needed.

120-minute Therapeutic Massage – $300
Extended bodywork with time for full-body care and targeted therapeutic focus. This session supports chronic conditions, post-injury recovery, or deep reset.

  • Soothing Hand or Foot Treatment (30 min): $75 – Choose a hand or foot treatment to enhance your session. Includes exfoliation, massage with algae cream and essential oils, and a balancing application of Phyto5 Violet Clay to soften skin, boost circulation, and calm the mind.
  • Balancing Violet Clay Treatment (30 min): $75 – A full-body application of Phyto5 clay infused with essential oils to restore energy flow, hydrate skin, and provide a deeply relaxing, mineral-rich experience.
  • Castor Oil Pack: $75 – A warm castor oil pack is placed on the abdomen to support detoxification, lymphatic flow, and digestive comfort.
  • Scalp Treatment (30 min): $75 – Essential oils are gently massaged into the scalp to stimulate pressure points and release mental tension.
  • Zen Body Exfoliation (30 min): $75 – A mild exfoliation using bamboo and lotus granules to slough away dead skin cells and sebum. Promotes cell renewal, boosts circulation, and leaves skin silky smooth and radiant.

Who Should Avoid Massage

Massage therapy is generally safe, but it may not be recommended for individuals with certain health conditions. Please consult with your physician and notify your therapist if you have any of the following:

  • Fever or contagious illness
  • Recent surgery or open wounds
  • Deep vein thrombosis (DVT) or blood clots
  • Severe osteoporosis
  • Advanced kidney, liver, or heart disease
  • Active infection or skin condition

How to Prepare

Please note that session time includes a brief check-in and check-out. If you’d like time to talk through anything in more detail, please plan for that within your scheduled appointment or request additional time in advance. We kindly ask that you arrive no more than 5 minutes early, and we’ll greet you when we’re ready.

Before Your Appointment:

  • Hydrate well and avoid heavy meals at least 2 hours before
  • Wear comfortable clothing and arrive a few minutes early
  • Let us know of any recent changes to your health or stress level

After Your Appointment:

  • Continue to hydrate and allow your body time to rest and integrate
  • Avoid strenuous activity for the rest of the day if possible
  • Nourish yourself with warm foods and gentle care
