Not to Be Confused with Cupping: While we use glass cups, this is not Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM) cupping or muscular therapy cupping. Our method maintains continuous lymphatic flow without disrupting blood vessels.

- Eat light meals and avoid alcohol on the day of your appointment.
After Your Session:
- Drink plenty of water to support detoxification.
- Rest and avoid strenuous activities for 24 hours.
- Prioritize light, clean foods post-session.
