Why It Works

Visible vs. Invisible
Red light is visible. Near-, mid-, and far-infrared are invisible to the eye but deeply therapeutic. Heat primarily comes from mid and far-infrared wavelengths.

Post-Aesthetic Care & Red Light Therapy
Red and near-infrared light can support healing after aesthetic treatments such as microneedling, filler, or skin tightening. These wavelengths help reduce inflammation, improve circulation, and support tissue regeneration — but should be used with care and timing in mind.
- Start with short sessions: 10–15 minutes maximum in the first visit.
- Wait 24–72 hours post-treatment depending on the procedure.
- Use only Red/NIR light — no heat or infrared sauna.
- Distance: Keep device 6–12 inches from treated area.
- Avoid facial massage or actives unless cleared by your provider.
