Why It Works
Red and near-infrared wavelengths activate mitochondrial function, supporting healing and energy. Mid and far-infrared deliver heat-based benefits that soothe joints and promote lymphatic release.
Visible vs. Invisible
Red light is visible. Near-, mid-, and far-infrared are invisible to the eye but deeply therapeutic. Heat primarily comes from mid and far-infrared wavelengths.
